Freedom of information disclosure log

We keep a record of information that's been disclosed by us under freedom of information (FOI). Our disclosure log details what's been released, when it was released, and how long it will remain available for.

About the disclosure log

Our FOI disclosure log lists information we've released under the Freedom of Information Act 1982for public access.

The log has a number of years of entries. To view earlier entries, see Trove:

What isn't disclosed

The majority of our FOI requests relate to trade mark documents. These documents are submitted to us from private entities as part of the trade mark examination process and contain the trade mark applicant’s sensitive business information.

These types of documents are not routinely published on the log where it's determined that it would be an unreasonable publication of a trade mark applicant’s business information.
