the applicants, the PBR office believes that these people can fulfil the role of ‘qualified person’ in the application for plant breeder’s rights. Neither
accreditation nor publication of a name in the list of persons is an implicit recommendation of the person so listed.
The PBR office cannot be held liable for damages that may arise from the omission or inclusion of a person’s name in the list nor does it assume any
responsibility for losses or damages arising from agreements entered into between applicants and any person in the list of accredited persons.
Qualified persons charge a fee for services rendered
