Subsections 43(5), (6) of the PBR Act – Cross-referencing to s 43(1)(e)

Subsections 43 (6) of the PBR Act specifies what is meant by exploitation as referred to in subsection 45(5) and paragraph 41(1)(e). The former Plant Breeder’s Rights Advisory Committee proposed inserting a cross reference for clarity.
